Mobile Banking
Business Online Banking supports mobile banking via Mobiliti Business™. This mobile banking product is accessible from your financial institution’s downloadable application or through the browser on your mobile device. The single sign-on process allows you to easily access mobile banking accounts.
Mobiliti Business allows access to business account information 24-hours-a-day and allows business users to perform various activities with their mobile devices, such as:
- Viewing account balances
- Viewing account transactions
- Making immediate transfers
- Making loan payments
Note: Mobiliti Business does not support transfers to credit cards, cash advances, pay offs, pay downs, nor does it allow future dated transfers at this time.
The following optional Mobiliti Business features may be added to enhance your financial institution’s mobile banking offering:
- Complete bill payment processing via the CheckFree® Small Business bill payment solution.
- Mobile deposit processing using Remote Deposit Capture.
If your financial institution enables Mobiliti Business, business users are automatically enrolled in mobile banking once they download the app and sign in. For additional information about specific Mobiliti Business features, users may refer to the help features within Mobiliti Business on their mobile device.
Remote Deposit Capture for Business Sub Users
Business users and subsidiaries set up for Business Mobile Remote Deposit Capture are allowed to control Remote Deposit Capture permissions for business sub users at the account level through Business Online Banking.
Prerequisites
- The main business must be set up with Remote Deposit Capture for any subsidiary to access Remote Deposit Capture.
- Business Mobile Remote Deposit Capture must be enabled for main business users and any subsidiaries to grant Remote Deposit Capture permissions to business sub users.

The Remote Deposit Capture column in the following edit user function screens, which are housed under the Administration tab, includes checkboxes that control the sub user’s access to Remote Deposit Capture.
- User Set up—Main page
- User Set up—Step 2 Account Access page
- Account Set up—Edit Authorized Users page
When the check boxes in the Remote Deposit Capture column are selected, the sub user has Remote Deposit Capture permission for the account(s); otherwise, the sub user does not have Remote Deposit Capture permission.

The following Admin Reports include any Remote Deposit Capture permission activity for sub users:
- Admin Business Change Activity (Summary and Detail versions)
- User Rights Profile Report
