Changing Your Password

The New Password Required page may display at the end of the sign-in procedure requesting you to change your Business Online Banking password.

When the New Password Required page displays:

1. Type a new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Online Banking requires passwords meet the following criteria:

   • Must be between 9 and 64 characters

   • Must contain one or more alphabetic characters

   • Must contain at least one lowercase character

   • Must contain at least one uppercase character

   • Must contain one or more numeric characters

   Note: If special characters are required, click on the Allowed Special Characters link to access a pop-up window that displays the acceptable values for special characters in passwords.

2. Click Continue.
