Alerts

The Online Banking system provides several types of alerts you can establish to stay informed on the status of your funds. You can set up financial alerts about your account; you can create personal alerts; and you can receive alerts about updates to the online banking system.

The Alerts feature is optional, and the type of alerts you can set up depends on the alert types created by your financial institution. Online Banking supports two Alerts systems: native alerts and the optional Notifi Alerts Service. Each system has its own page display and navigation functions. This section addresses both Alerts systems. Your alerts screens and functions depend on the Alerts system your financial institution uses.

Accessing the Alerts Feature

Perform the following steps to access your Alerts feature.

  1. Click the Account Services tab after signing on to online banking.

  2. Click Alerts from the navigation link on the left side of the page. The Setup Alerts page appears.

Based on the Alert system your financial institution uses, refer to either the Native Alerts or Notifi Alerts section for detailed information about your alert system.
