Messages
The online banking system provides a Messaging feature that allows you to send and receive messages from your financial institution. You may use this comprehensive messaging system to perform any of the functions described in the following sections:

To access the messaging system, click the Account Services tab. You can also access the messaging system by clicking the Messages link on the top of any page in the online banking system. Your inbox displays after clicking either of these links.
Your inbox contains all messages received from your financial institution that you have not deleted. The sender, subject, date received, and the date any reply was sent displays for each message. To view a message, click the link in the Subject column.
The Status column indicates whether you have viewed or replied to a message. A dot in this column displays for new or unread messages. An arrow displays if you replied to a message. This column is blank for messages you already read but to which you have not yet responded.
You can sort your inbox using any of the column headers. To sort by a column, click the column heading. For example, to display messages sorted by the sender, click the From column heading. Messages display by sender name in ascending alphabetical order. To display messages sorted by sender name in descending alphabetical order, click the column heading again. By default, messages display in descending order by “received” date.

To view your sent messages, click the Sent Messages tab. All messages sent and not yet deleted display on this page. The recipient, subject, and date sent displays for each message. To view a message, click the link in the Subject column.
You can sort sent messages using any of the column headers. To sort by a column, click the column heading. For example, to display messages sorted by the recipient, click the To column heading. Messages display by recipient name in ascending alphabetical order. To display messages sorted by recipient name in descending alphabetical order, click the column heading again. By default, messages display in descending order by “sent” date.
