Requests

To access the Requests page, click the Account Services tab followed by the Requests navigation link. Your financial institution can set up any number of online request forms that display on the left side of the Requests page, allowing you to complete and submit forms for various banking services. The Requests page also includes interface links on the right side of the page to access the interfaces your financial institution has enabled.

Overview

Numerous online request forms/functions may display on the right side of the Requests page, but the following list includes standard requests that may be available to you. Be aware you only see the links for which your financial institution has set up as a static link; therefore, you may not see all links in the following list:

  • Deposit Account Request – Used to request a new deposit account as described in the Entering a Deposit Account Request section. Your financial institution will review the deposit account request and contact you.

  • New ATM/Debit Card – Used to request a new ATM card or a new ATM/Debit card for one of your deposit accounts (i.e., a checking or savings account) as described in the Requesting a New ATM/Debit Card section. Your financial institution will review the completed online request form and issue the requested card(s) if appropriate.

  • Wire Transfer Request – Used to originate a wire transfer request (refer to the Entering a Wire Transfer Request section).  This is a request to initiate a wire transfer and not an actual wire transfer order. Your financial institution will contact you for further information about this request.

  • Cash Order – Used to enter a cash order (refer to the Entering a Cash Order section). Your financial institution will review the request, debit the appropriate account, and fulfill the cash order at the specified branch.

  • Check Reorder – Used to order checks as described in the Requesting a Check Reorder section. Your financial institution will follow standard check ordering procedures to handle the requested order.

  • Loan Account Request – Used to request a new loan account (refer to the Entering a Loan Account Request section). Your financial institution will review the loan account request and contact you.

  • Safe Deposit – Used to apply for one or more safe deposit boxes at your financial institution as described in the Requesting Safe Deposit Box(es) section. Your financial institution will follow standard procedures to fulfill the order.

  • Address Change – Used to submit an address change (a new, corrected, or alternate address) to your financial institution as described in the Entering an Address Change section.

  • One Time Transfer to External FI – Used to enter a one-time request for a funds transfer to another financial institution (refer to the Requesting a One Time Transfer to a Financial Institution section).

  • Mobile Banking – Used to enroll or manage mobile banking accounts (refer to the Mobile Banking section).
