Reset Forgotten Passwords on a Mobile Device
Users who need to reset a password may use a mobile device to obtain a one-time and temporary password.

Users must be registered in the Mobiliti app to change or reset passwords on a mobile device.

Changing or resetting passwords on a mobile device is restricted to retail users only.
Follow the steps below if you forgot your password and need to reset it on your mobile device.

Click the Forgot your Password? link.

On the Forgot Your Password – Retrieve Step 1 page:

Type your ID in the Sign-On ID field and the email address you registered with the Mobiliti app in the Email Address field.

Click Continue.

On the Forgot Your Password – Retrieve Step 2 page:

Enter the authentication code you received via email.

Click Continue to complete this process.
Note: The authentication code must be entered within the time interval specified in the email. If the time period elapses prior to using the password, click the request a new one time password link to receive a different authentication code via email.

If the authentication code is entered correctly in the previous step, the Password Retrieve Succeeded page displays. Click the Return to Sign-On page link to return to the Sign On page.

On the Sign On page:

Type your ID in the Sign On ID field.

Type the authentication password you received in the second email.

Click Sign-On.

An email containing a one-time authentication code is sent to your email address.
A second email is sent to the email address you registered in the Mobiliti app with a onetime authentication password.
The New Password Required page displays, prompting you to reset your password. Refer to the Change Passwords on a Mobile Device topic for details about changing your password.
