Accounts Overview

The Accounts Overview page displays after you sign on to the business online banking system. To return to the Accounts Overview page at any time, click the Accounts tab.

The Accounts Overview page lists summary descriptive and balance data for all of your accounts. The pending balance data displayed for each account also includes account holds. The date and time when balance data was last updated appears at the top of the page. Account data is listed in separate sections based on account type. For example, depending on the accounts you have at this institution, your accounts may be listed in the following sections:

  • Business Checking Accounts – Displays accounts that give you quick access to your cash funds. These accounts may include checking and money market accounts.

  • Business Certificate of Deposit Accounts – Displays your Certificate of Deposit (CD) accounts such as traditional or fixed deposit, bump-up, liquid, and zero coupon accounts.

  • Business Loan Accounts – These accounts allow you to borrow funds at a defined interest rate with specified payment terms. The next payment due date may appear in the Next Payment column with a Pay Now button and a Cash Advance button may appear in the Available Balance column. If a loan payment is past due, the due date shows in bold with a warning icon.

  • Business Credit Cards – Lists credit card and line of credit accounts that allow you to borrow funds as needed; and pay back the funds in the future. Similar to loan accounts, the next payment due date may appear in the Next Payment column with a Pay Now button and a Cash Advance button may appear in the Available Balance column. If a credit account payment is past due, the due date shows in bold with a warning icon. Only the account name and account number display for some credit card accounts.

If your business or credit union has subsidiary companies with data defined for each company using the online administration system, a Company dropdown list displays at the top of the page. The All Companies option is initially selected in this list. To view account data for one subsidiary company only, select the name of the company in the dropdown list.

Note: Closed accounts may display with CLOSED in the Account Name column. An account name can also appear as a nickname that your business may define, and the digits in the Account # column are always “masked” with each digit displayed as an “x” except for the last four digits. Negative account balance amounts display in parentheses and in red.

You may view the Transaction Activity page listing all cleared and pending transactions for any account by clicking the account name.
