Signing In to Online Banking
It’s easy to sign in to the online banking system. You need your Sign-on ID and password. If you forget either your ID or password, you may click links to help you retrieve them.
Before you sign in, navigation links are also provided on the initial Sign-On page to request additional information as described in the Sign-On Page Navigation Links section.
Sign In to Online Banking
On the initial Sign-On page, sign in to online banking as follows:
Note: To sign in to online banking in Spanish, click the Español link at the top right of the Sign-On page and follow the steps below.

Type your ID in the Sign-on ID field.

Click Enter.

When the next Sign-On page displays with your ID at the top:

If your financial institution has the optional Authentication module with the STU (Site-To-User) Authentication option, a security image and caption display to verify the website. If your security image and caption are displayed (refer to Entering Security Enrollment Data), click Yes. If either the image or caption is incorrect, click No and contact your financial institution.

Type your Password in the identified field.

Click Sign-On to complete the sign-in process.
Note: If you repeatedly attempt to sign in to the online banking system with an invalid ID or password, you will be locked out of the system (refer to the If You Are Locked Out of Online Banking for Excessive Login Attempts section).
Note: If you cannot remember your ID, click Forgot your Sign-On ID? for further instructions.
Note: If you incorrectly enter your Sign-on ID, you may click the Restart your Sign-On link to return to the initial Sign-On page and repeat steps 1 and 2.
Note: If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot your Password? to access the Forgot Your Password page (refer to the If You Forgot Your Password section).
In most cases, after the sign-in process is completed, a Welcome page displays with the message “Retrieving data …”. Depending on how your profile is configured, either the Accounts Overview page or Home page displays (refer to Establish Default Landing Page).
If the My Profile page does not have at least one email address and one phone number that is not a fax number when signing in, the Force Contact Validation page displays prompting you to provide this required information.
Occasionally after the sign-in process is completed, a different page may display as described in the following sections:

Using the Channel Messages Page (for Channel Messaging service users only)
Note: When you are signed in to the online banking system, an alert message displays if you do not use the system for a prolonged period of time. As indicated in this message, you cannot use the system again until you repeat the sign-in process described above.
